I noticed you have posts about JCondo and I just wanted to know if you are a future owner like my wife and I. We created a yahoo group with the hope of uniting the future condo owners and to provide a forum where ideas can be shared and questions answered. I’ve taken a first stab at creating areas of conversation, photo albums, and links to get the ball rolling and I encourage all the members of this group to participate and to help promote the group. Part of the motivation I had for creating this group has come from my own feelings of frustration dealing with the lack of information about the building and its progress. I’ve read the offering plan cover to cover and there are plenty of things I either didn’t understand or have more questions about, or that I would just like to discuss with other future owners. I feel by opening the lines of communication amongst ourselves, we can all benefit from sharing what we know about the building and our ideas for making our building a great place to live for all.
